The Brentford and Chiswick Local History Society was established
in 1958 to encourage interest in the history of this area, and to provide
opportunities for members to find out more. You don't have to be an expert to
join, just interested.
Our meetings, usually on the 3rd Monday of the month from September to May, are
held in the Chiswick Memorial Club in Bourne Place; most include an illustrated
local history talk.
We organise a summer outing to a place with some connection to the history of
our own area.
